Job Requirements
- Must meet state requirements to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission card
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent hospitality skills
- Ability to multi task and work in a very fast paced environment
- Speed, accuracy and efficiency are required and ability to work well under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to own and resolve guest situations
- Self-directed (can complete tasks with minimal supervision)
- Willing to follow instructions and take direction
- Flexible and adaptable
- Supportive of other cast working on your team
- Can complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Willing to work outdoors even in inclement weather
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events
- Frequent bending, twisting and kneeling
- Frequent lifting and balancing of bus trays between 45-75 lbs
- Constant use of hands
- Frequent pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, occasionally up to 150 lbs
- May work indoors or outdoors
- Constant walking/standing
- Constantly push/pull up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs
- Exposure to chemicals (cleaning supplies)
- Latex gloves required when working with food product

Job Duties
- Deliver orders to the guest’s table or staging area in the dining room or lounge area
- Welcome and interact with guests in a positive and friendly manner
- Deliver orders to guests in the pool service area
- Deliver orders using designated pivot points
- Check receipts and assemble orders for guests
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation including temperature requirements
- Exercise good judgment of food quality and production, understand the impact of spoilage
- Ensure food presentation is fresh and meets quality standards
- Replenish food and serving items on the serving line as necessary
- Anticipate guests needs and provide assistance with directions, event schedules, or other information
- Pre-bus tables or seat guests as needed
- Perform side work including cleaning work areas, stocking supplies, polishing silverware, folding or rolling napkins
- Replenish supplies of clean linens, silverware, glassware and dishes in dining room
- Buss tables, dispose of trash, maintain cleanliness of restaurant areas, transport dishes and silverware to dish room
- Assemble guest food orders and/or deliver them to the dining room
