- prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to handle emergency and stressful situations like resolving customer conflicts
- ability to make quick decisions

- regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this role, with limited tolerance for unplanned absences or last-minute call-offs

Job Duties
- assist servers and bartenders in providing excellent customer service to guests
- set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, and dishes
- collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and efficient service
- deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- ensure that the dining area is clean and organized at all times
- assist with cleaning and stocking the bar and kitchen as needed
