Job Requirements

  • authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to lift, handle and carry items up to 35 pounds
  • must have good balance and be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat frequently
  • able to stand and move for up to eight hours
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to bilaterally operate point-of-sale equipment and assist with food and beverage service
  • highschool diploma or g.e.d
  • prior restaurant hospitality experience

Job Duties

  • report to work as indicated on the schedule in a clean, neatly pressed uniform
  • uphold the highest level of standards and specifications in duty performance
  • set up and restock service stations before, during and after service
  • communicate guest requests or needs to service staff
  • perform all duties according to training materials and standards
  • obtain station assignments and complete opening and side work duties timely
  • return dirty dishware, glassware, utensils, and linen to dishwashing area
  • reset vacated tables according to procedures
  • assist service and steward staff with spot cleaning in dining room as needed
