Job Requirements
- authorized to work in the united states
- ability to lift, handle and carry items up to 35 pounds
- must have good balance and be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat frequently
- able to stand and move for up to eight hours
- effective communication skills
- ability to bilaterally operate point-of-sale equipment and assist with food and beverage service
- highschool diploma or g.e.d
- prior restaurant hospitality experience

Job Duties
- report to work as indicated on the schedule in a clean, neatly pressed uniform
- uphold the highest level of standards and specifications in duty performance
- set up and restock service stations before, during and after service
- communicate guest requests or needs to service staff
- perform all duties according to training materials and standards
- obtain station assignments and complete opening and side work duties timely
- return dirty dishware, glassware, utensils, and linen to dishwashing area
- reset vacated tables according to procedures
- assist service and steward staff with spot cleaning in dining room as needed
