Job Requirements
- Comfortable working in a shared space with constant noise
- able to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines with professionalism and collaboration
- flexible schedule capable of exceeding 40 hours per week based on business demands
- physically able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs on a weekly basis
- capable of standing and walking for long and short periods of time
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience within food and beverage a plus
- experience in delivering exceptional service and hospitality
- clear communication with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- attention to detail and knowledge of proper plate presentation
- knowledge of all ingredient details of every dish on the menu
- ability to deliver food to guests quickly and efficiently
Job Duties
- Clears and resets counters or tables at the conclusion of each course
- assists dining room waiters in food and beverage service by setting tables, serving guests as directed, keeping menus clean, and cleaning tables between servings
- assists with providing tables with beverages
- removes solid linens and replaces them with clean linen
- transports dirty dishes to the dishwashing station
- polishes silver and glass as needed
