Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to read and communicate in English
- effective communication skills with guests and team members
- knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
- assess guest demeanor and identify when to call manager
- ensure food is properly garnished and deliver trays to tables
- follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely delivery
- check back after food delivery and respond to guest needs
- clear away dishes and glassware and refill beverages
- restock and prepare supplies for shifts
- support servers by greeting newly seated guests
- maintain a thorough understanding of menu items
- work efficiently following “full hands in, full hands out” philosophy
- assist other team members as needed
- keep station clean and buss tables
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- effectively communicate with guests
- read and communicate in English
- dress in proper dress code
