Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift trays and bus tubs weighing up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry out physical tasks for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team

- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift trays or bus tubs for extended periods
Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils and transport them to dishwashing area
- Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and condiment containers
- Assist servers with refilling drinks, delivering food orders, and providing additional items to guests
- Communicate with servers to ensure tables are prepared for new guests
- Assist kitchen staff by transporting dishes from kitchen to dining area
- Keep server and busser stations clean and well-organized
- Restock items such as napkins, utensils, and condiments
- Empty trash receptacles and replace trash bags
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Address guest inquiries and concerns, escalating when necessary
- Assist with sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning windows, and maintaining overall cleanliness
- Report maintenance or repair needs
