Job Requirements
- Mobility required during the entire shift
- Transports and carries objects up to 15 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours in length
- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other staff members
- Transports glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant
- Must possess and/or obtain a valid Food Handlers Card prior to employment
- In Oregon must possess and/or obtain a valid OLCC Card to serve alcohol within 30 days of employment
- Must be 18 years of age to work evening shift
Job Duties
- Busses tables and provides assistance to servers with guest needs
- Interacts with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- Carries food and drinks to all areas of the restaurant throughout the entire shift
- Provides refills of beverages to guests
- Checks and ensures the overall cleanliness of the restrooms on a regular basis
- Restocks service items for bartenders including glasses, bar garnishes, ice, and beer
- Restocks service items for servers including glasses, ice, plates, and rolling silverware
- Empties trash cans when needed
- Completes assigned cleaning duties
