Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Entry-level candidates with strong work ethic welcome
- Ability to maintain Ugly Dumpling's dress code and appearance standards

- Reliable availability for required shifts
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a busser or food runner is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask
- Customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Reliable schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables promptly
- Clean surfaces, chairs, and floors after guests leave
- Assist with filling water glasses and refilling beverages
- Deliver food orders accurately and timely
- Confirm dish presentation and quality before delivery
- Assist in explaining dishes to guests
- Greet guests warmly and respond to requests
- Maintain dining room cleanliness and sanitation
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff
- Communicate efficiently with team members
- Perform other assigned duties
