- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Duties
- Prepare tables with proper settings and ensure cleanliness before and during service
- Assist servers in delivering food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils and reset tables quickly for the next guests
- Provide water service, refill beverages, and respond to guest requests as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations
- Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Replenish silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments to keep stations fully stocked
- Relay guest requests or concerns to servers or managers promptly
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to maintain a safe work environment
- Uphold Eddie & Vinny's high standards of hospitality with professionalism and enthusiasm
