Job Requirements
- Must be able to work and communicate well with fellow team members
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- must be able to confidently carry a large oval tray with multiple items on the tray up to 50 pounds
- must have good communication skills to interact with guests on a fine dining level
Job Qualifications
- Must have some restaurant experience
- high school diploma or GED
- related experience and/or training preferred
- TiPs certification preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Set-up/break-down and continual maintenance of line and service stations
- attend pre-shift meeting
- assist servers in keeping area organized
- empty trash containers at service stations as needed
- assist servers with food delivery and beverage delivery and refills when necessary
- perform table maintenance support, cleaning and re-setting
- happily assist other employees in their tasks
