Job Duties
- Support servers and bartenders during service to ensure a smooth and efficient flow
- Set, clear, and reset tables according to service standards
- Refill water and other table necessities as needed
- Assist with food running and table maintenance when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams
