Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Food handler certification
- ABC Responsible Beverage Server certification
- Knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and wine
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
Job Duties
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery
- Ensure timely and accurate expediting of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving and dining areas
- Communicate effectively between kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Knowledgeably assist guests with menu and beverage inquiries
- Support the bartenders with craft cocktail preparation and service
- Adhere to food safety and responsible beverage service standards
