Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of restaurant experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- professional appearance and attitude

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers
- deliver food promptly and accurately
- assist concessions with refills and customer needs
- help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant including restrooms, floors, tables, bar, and server stations
- clear used and or unneeded dishes and glassware from guests, tables, and any other surfaces
- respond to all guests' requests, comments, and concerns
- greet guests as needed
- monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
- anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
- assist with special requests and dietary requirements
- work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure seamless service
- participate in team meetings and training sessions
- other duties as assigned
