Job Requirements
- Training/permits: Food Handlers Permit where required
- Preferred experience
- Ability to stand and move throughout shift
- Ability to carry trays weighing up to 30 pounds multiple times per shift
- Ability to move kegs weighing up to 140 pounds with assistance
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to work well with coworkers and guests
- Punctual and dependable
- Observe personal appearance standards

Job Duties
- Consistent and timely maintenance of table settings, dining room and overall restaurant cleanliness
- Maintain service alley and restroom cleanliness, including stocking
- Clean spills and messes in the dining room or entrance area
- Prompt, courteous delivery of chip set-up and refills
- Cooperate with and support food service function
- Remove soiled items from guest table
- Unload soiled dishes in dish area and unload tray
