Job Duties
- support servers and bartenders during service to ensure efficient, seamless guest experiences
- assist with food and beverage delivery and table maintenance
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, tables, and guest areas
- reset and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors throughout and after service
- help keep the rooftop well-stocked with glassware, supplies, and service items
- be a visible, approachable presence for guests while supporting overall service flow
- assist with ID validation and help monitor responsible alcohol service when needed
