Job Requirements

  • maintain ServSafe and RAMPS certification
  • comply with Office of Food Protection Health and Safety standards
  • comply with PLCB standards
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • physical ability to stand and lift up to 50lbs for extended periods
  • prior experience in hospitality is preferred but not required

  • ability to work for 8 hours in a row and lift 50lbs

Job Duties

  • support servers and bartenders in all dining needs for guests in The Lounge and Music Hall for all events
  • meet all standards of service for the best guest experience
  • support service for catered private events
  • prep and maintain all necessary supplies for service
  • stay informed on current menu offerings and relevant beverage details
  • maintain ServSafe and RAMPS certification and enforce and maintain all Office of Food Protection Health and Safety and PLCB standards
  • support peers and management in providing the safest and most positive work environment
