Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests
  • Tailor the dining room for guests by cleaning and resetting tables
  • Assist servers with food delivery
  • Stay focused on ensuring 100% guest delight both independently and by relaying messages to servers as necessary
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
  • Safeguard guests and the business by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
  • Be a true team player and work well with others
