Job Requirements
- Must be comfortable working in a shared space with constant noise
- Must be able to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines with professionalism and collaboration
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs on a weekly basis
- Must be able to travel by foot, wait, and stand for long and short periods of time
- Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience within food and beverage a plus
- Experience in delivering exceptional service and hospitality
- Display clear communication with the kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Attention to detail and knowledge of proper plate presentation
- Knowledge of all the ingredient details of every dish on the menu
- Ability to deliver food to guests quickly and efficiently
Job Duties
- Clears and resets counters or tables at the conclusion of each course
- Assists dining room waiters in the food and beverage service
- Sets tables
- Serves guests as directed by the waiter
- Keeps menus clean
- Cleans table between servings
- Assists with providing tables with beverages
- Removes solid linens and replaces them with clean linen
- Transports dirty dishes to the dishwashing station
- Polishes silver and glass as needed
