Job Duties
- assist with restaurant front of the house procedures to ensure an outstanding guest experience
- welcome guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant
- communicate with servers and managers regarding special requests
- constantly move throughout the kitchen and restaurant
- constantly monitor and maintain food standards for recipe production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety
- execute bussing and resetting tables according to restaurant's standards
- polish glassware and dishware
- assist with seating guests
- operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
- handle guest concerns by listening and informing a server and/or manager
- support team members including leadership
- execute effective communication skills
- exude positive attitude under stress
- contribute to a fun and professional work environment
- ability to execute follow-through
