- Food handlers certification
- TABC if 18 years old (within 30 days of hire

Job Duties
- Serve water as member/guests are seated
- maintain during meal service
- assist in carrying food trays to tables
- assist expeditor in plating of food
- garnish food when needed
- provide food items with necessary sauces, dressings and condiments
- keep expeditor area stocked with supplies
- assist chef and sous chef when needed
- wipe down, sweep and mop expeditor area
- remove soiled dishes from tables
- take to dish washing area
- remove soiled linen and replaces with clean linen
- take down linen basket at the end of the night
- set tables with silverware, glassware and other items
- clean dining room areas
- polish and sort silverware
- help make up missing place settings
- stock servers’ station with supplies
- collect trash from dining room, terrace and other specified places after each serving period
- dust chairs before and after meals
- keep ice bins and buckets filled
- assist servers with beverage orders
- perform all other job duties and responsibilities as assigned
- assist other departments when required by management
- help out club for special events in a variety of positions
