Job Requirements

previous experience within food and beverage a plus
must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs on a weekly basis
must be comfortable working in a shared space with constant noise
ability to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines with professionalism and collaboration
schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice

Job Qualifications

previous experience within food and beverage a plus
experience in delivering exceptional service and hospitality
clear communication with kitchen and front-of-house staff
attention to detail and knowledge of proper plate presentation
knowledge of all ingredient details of every dish on the menu
ability to deliver food to guests quickly and efficiently

Job Duties

clears and resets counters or tables at the conclusion of each course
assists dining room waiters in the food and beverage service
sets tables
serves guests as directed by the waiter
keeps menus clean
cleans table between servings
assists with providing tables with beverages
removes solid linens and replaces them with clean linen
transports dirty dishes to the dishwashing station
polishes silver and glass as needed
