Job Requirements
- Ability to stand walk and lift for long periods of time
- ability to carry heavy trays or plates with ease
- flexibility to work varied hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- knowledge of food safety regulations preferred
- experience in high-end private club settings or fine dining environments preferred
- ability to maintain a friendly courteous and professional demeanor
- ability to follow safety sanitation and operational procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role especially in fast-paced upscale dining or country club environment is preferred but not required
- strong communication skills with a positive professional attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail to ensure correct food orders are delivered
- willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Transport food orders from the kitchen to the dining area ensuring correctness and attractive presentation
- assist servers by delivering drink refills clearing dishes and providing condiments napkins or silverware
- greet guests courteously and assist with immediate needs or requests maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
- keep the dining area clean and organized by clearing used dishes and resetting tables efficiently
- stock and restock dining room and server stations with necessary supplies such as napkins utensils and glassware
- assist with setup and breakdown of events including special club functions banquets and private parties
- maintain communication with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards as prescribed by club policies local health regulations and best practices
