Comfortable working in shared, noisy spaces
able to manage changing priorities and deadlines
able to work schedules varying week to week including over 40 hours
able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds weekly
able to stand and walk for extended periods
commitment to exceptional service and hospitality

Job Qualifications

Previous experience within food and beverage a plus
strong communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
attention to detail
knowledge of proper plate presentation and menu ingredients
ability to deliver food promptly and efficiently
teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

Clears and resets tables and counters after each course
assists servers with food and beverage service
sets tables and serves guests as directed by servers
maintains cleanliness of menus and tables
assists in providing tables with beverages
replaces soiled linens with clean ones
transports dirty dishes to the dishwashing area
polishes silverware and glassware as needed
