Job Duties
- Assists the server in clearing and resetting tables according to the restaurant standards
- Assists the server in providing an enjoyable expertly serviced dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
- Performs side work such as polishing silverware, refilling the condiment containers and crumbing the tables as needed
- Responds to guest inquiries and enlists the assistance of a server or manager when needed
- Refreshes occupied tables when necessary, refilling water/beverages for guests, replacing napkins, silverware, etc
- Other duties as assigned
