Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Physical capability to carry multiple plates
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in fine dining or an upscale hospitality setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest and server needs
- Ability to move gracefully and efficiently in a high-end dining environment
- Familiarity with wine service, food presentation, and luxury dining standards is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry multiple plates with finesse
Job Duties
- Assist servers in delivering attentive, unobtrusive, and polished service
- Ensure tables are set, cleared, and reset with precision and efficiency
- Anticipate guest needs by offering water, bread, and additional accompaniments
- Provide a seamless dining experience by working in sync with servers and kitchen staff
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary
- Pre-bus tables discreetly, ensuring a clean and refined dining environment
- Support in running food from the kitchen, ensuring proper plate placement and presentation
