- Be at least 16 years of age
- have previous experience in customer service
- good knowledge of how cash registers operate
- available to work evening and weekend shifts occasionally
- able to create and maintain eye contact
- able to make emotional connections with guests
- able to honor and encourage others to follow restaurant vision and values
- able to multitask quickly yet thoroughly
- able to communicate effectively in English
- able to lift and carry 10-55 lbs
- have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- willing and able to work a flexible schedule
