- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and clean appearance
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to detail following OLIVIA standards
- Pre-bus tables by clearing dishes and utensils whenever possible
- Attend to customers upon their entrance and exit
- Collaborate effectively with servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Report issues to management and assist in handling adversity
- Follow opening and closing checklists to prepare the restaurant
