Job Requirements
- No education requirements
- must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively
- must be able to transport glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds
- must possess and/or obtain a valid Food Handlers Card prior to employment
- in Oregon must possess and/or obtain a valid OLCC Card to serve alcohol within 30 days of employment
- must be 18 years of age to work evening shift
Job Qualifications
- Reading, writing and verbal communication skills
- mobility required during the entire shift
- ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats
- must possess and/or obtain a valid Food Handlers Card prior to employment
- in Oregon must possess and/or obtain a valid OLCC Card to serve alcohol within 30 days of employment
- must be 18 years of age to work evening shift
Job Duties
- Busses tables and provides assistance to servers with guest needs
- interacts with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- carries food and drinks to all areas of the restaurant throughout the entire shift
- provides refills of beverages to guests
- checks and ensures the overall cleanliness of the restrooms on a regular basis
- restocks service items for bartenders such as glasses, bar garnishes, ice, and beer
- restocks service items for servers such as glasses, ice, plates, rolling silverware
- empties trash cans when needed
- completes assigned cleaning duties
