Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 15 years old
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends (including Sundays), and holidays
  • ability to be on feet for most or all of the shift
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and turning
  • must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors throughout the year
  • predictable and reliable attendance required

Job Duties

  • Support servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to members' tables
  • learn and know table numbers and seating arrangements to ensure efficient service
  • maintain a strong knowledge of menu items to assist in service confidently
  • anticipate member needs by checking in, replenishing drinks, marking tables, and offering additional service touches
  • assist in keeping the dining room polished by bussing, resetting, and preparing tables for the next seating
  • ensure accuracy of all carryout and dine-in orders, confirming details before they leave the kitchen or the table
  • maintain organization and cleanliness in service stations and assist the expeditor when needed
  • respond to member requests with a sense of urgency and ownership, ensuring they are delivered with care
  • warmly thank members and guests as they depart, reinforcing the Club's commitment to exceptional service
  • be flexible and willing to assist in different areas of the Club as needed
  • perform other service-related duties as assigned by management
