Job Requirements
- Minimum age 15 years old
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends (including Sundays), and holidays
- ability to be on feet for most or all of the shift
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and turning
- must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors throughout the year

Job Duties
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to members' tables
- learn and know table numbers and seating arrangements to ensure efficient service
- maintain a strong knowledge of menu items to assist in service confidently
- anticipate member needs by checking in, replenishing drinks, marking tables, and offering additional service touches
- assist in keeping the dining room polished by bussing, resetting, and preparing tables for the next seating
- ensure accuracy of all carryout and dine-in orders, confirming details before they leave the kitchen or the table
- maintain organization and cleanliness in service stations and assist the expeditor when needed
- respond to member requests with a sense of urgency and ownership, ensuring they are delivered with care
- warmly thank members and guests as they depart, reinforcing the Club's commitment to exceptional service
- be flexible and willing to assist in different areas of the Club as needed
- perform other service-related duties as assigned by management
