Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- work days, nights and or weekends as required
- work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- frequently reach, bend and stoop
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a food service or hospitality role advantageous but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to work well in a team
- basic English reading and writing skills
Job Duties
- Help with refills
- pre-buss tables and help with table turns
- keep dining areas spotlessly clean
- assist with greeting guests
- run food and drink orders
- maintain high standards of safety and sanitation
- clear away dishes and glassware
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- support servers by greeting newly seated guests
- maintain understanding of menu items to answer questions
- work quickly and efficiently following company philosophy
- assist other team members as needed
- bus and reset tables
- assist in party set up and breakdown
- communicate effectively with guests
- dressed in proper dress code
