- Food service certification required within one week of hire
- OLCC alcohol server's permit preferred

Job Duties
- Host guests and coordinate and manage the dining room floor seating
- Answer telephone in a pleasant manner and process take out and reservation placement
- Assist servers as bar back for alcohol service when needed
- Ensures that all material used by server is clean and ready for daily operation
- Possess knowledge of diners' chair positions in dining rooms and lounges
- Set the outside line with under liner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins and other items needed for food delivery
- Organize plates in the window and match each with each ticket to run food to tables
- Assist with delivery of food and beverages as needed by servers or bartenders
- Set tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards
- Ensure each menu item is prepared in exact detail outlined on each ticket
- Correct menu item with chef before delivering if not meeting specifications
- Fill and refill water glasses and remove unused place settings
- Clear dishes in front of guest upon completion of course
- Clear and reset tables when guests leave including changing tablecloth, brushing chairs, placing chairs at table, replacing silverware, glassware, and napkins
- Assist the server when needed
- Keep workstations well stocked of items and ingredients
- Clean workstations, take out trash, and sweep or vacuum the dining room
- Process take out orders from placement to guest pick up and payment
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Perform other duties as required
