Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Must be able to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Must adhere to company sanitation and safety guidelines

Job Duties

Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests
Tailor the dining room for guests by cleaning and resetting tables
Assist servers with food delivery
Stay focused on ensuring 100 percent guest delight both independently and by relaying messages to servers
Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
Adhere to sanitation and safety policies to safeguard guests and the business
Work collaboratively as a true team player
