Job Duties
- Setting tables with linens silverware glassware and other necessary items
- running food to the correct tables
- refilling drinks such as water and beverages
- clearing plates and used dishes from tables
- maintaining cleanliness and presentation of tables throughout service
- assisting servers with food delivery carrying trays and responding to customer requests
- stocking and cleaning condiment stations napkins and work areas
- greeting and assisting guests with seating
- completing side work including cleaning and restocking to support restaurant operations
