Job Duties
- efficiently clear, clean, and reset dining tables to prepare for new guests
- proactively assist servers by refilling beverages, delivering breadsticks, and fulfilling other guest requests to enhance their dining experience
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- stock and organize server stations with necessary supplies such as silverware, napkins, condiments, and glassware
- support the front-of-house team with various tasks to ensure seamless service flow, especially during peak hours
- collaborate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
