Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must have sufficient mobility for bending, reaching and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to tolerate temperature changes and handle chemicals
- Must meet local health regulations regarding food handling
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to work inside and outside environments

Job Duties
- Maintain restaurant interior and exterior cleanliness
- Clean and sanitize dining room tables
- Keep adequate supply of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, and ice in service areas
- Clean and inspect dish machine and maintain proper chemical levels
- Promptly clean spills and broken dishes
- Assist with stocking deliveries and rotating perishable stock
- Perform sidework and deep cleaning duties as assigned
