Job Requirements
- Ability to work part time up to 29 hours per week
- availability for weekends, matinees, and holidays preferred
- physical ability to stand for long periods and navigate stairs frequently
- capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- flexible and team-oriented mindset
- willingness to complete required training and shadow shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a fast-paced front of house environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions and respond to feedback
- familiarity with food safety standards is a plus
- bilingual skills are advantageous
Job Duties
- Provide efficient and friendly service to guests
- assist with coat check operations
- deliver food and beverages directly to seats
- operate kiosk services
- participate in bartender or lounge attendant duties when required
- complete training and shadow shifts as scheduled
- maintain safety and cleanliness standards
