Job Duties
- Greet customers and take their orders
- provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns
- process payments and make change accurately
- keep dining area clean and organized
- assist with the training and supervision of the team, ensuring all employees are performing at their highest capability
- perform closing and opening administrative responsibilities on supervising shifts
