Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to maintain positive personal hygiene and a neat appearance
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Capability to handle guest interactions professionally and courteously
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment is advantageous

Job Duties
- Report to work on time as scheduled and maintain a clean and compliant uniform
- Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness during all work shifts
- Exemplify hospitality standards by answering guest questions and handling requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
- Cooperate with management and coworkers by assisting others with duties and providing positive suggestions for improvement
- Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and report unsafe conditions
- Know and adhere to emergency procedures in the restaurant
- Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures stated in the associate handbook
