- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions or events
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
