High school graduate or equivalent
Must have at least 1 year server experience
Wine, beer, and spirit knowledge required
MAST certification required
Food permit required

Job Duties

Greet the guest, take all food and beverage orders
Pre-bus tables in your station
Maintain a clean dining area at all times
Responsible for receiving all payments
Perform necessary opening/closing and side work duties
Prepare food items for guests such as dishing up oatmeal, soup, making toast, dinner salads, bread, etc.
Assist other servers with their tables
