Job Requirements
- proficient in all aspects of fine dining service
- knowledge of food and beverage, as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills
- display a confident and professional appearance
- attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- high school diploma preferred
- ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
- must be able to carry about 40lbs

- respond promptly and positively to guest requests and concerns
- work collaboratively with team members to promote a positive work environment
- adhere to company policies including punctuality, proper uniform, and clocking in and out as required
