- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for 6-8 hours per shift

- Exceed guests' expectations by providing the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service

- Properly execute all necessary steps of service
- Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization
- Provide exemplary customer service applying knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Report on time and in proper uniform, clocking in and out as required
- Respond positively to guests' requests
