- Fine dining experience or equivalent professionalism
- Deep respect for pacing, detail, and teamwork
- Knowledge of wine, sake, and cocktail service
- Ability to read the room and engage guests with warmth and restraint
- Composure and humility under pressure
- Physical ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and work in small spaces
- Capability to stand and walk for long periods during busy times
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance

- Manage pacing of courses to optimize guest satisfaction
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues discreetly
