  • Fine dining experience or equivalent professionalism
  • Deep respect for pacing, detail, and teamwork
  • Knowledge of wine, sake, and cocktail service
  • Ability to read the room and engage guests with warmth and restraint
  • Composure and humility under pressure
  • Physical ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and work in small spaces
  • Capability to stand and walk for long periods during busy times
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive and precise service to guests
  • Maintain deep knowledge of menu items, wine, sake, and cocktail offerings
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Engage guests with warmth and professionalism while respecting their experience
  • Manage pacing of courses to optimize guest satisfaction
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues discreetly
