Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at eighth grade level
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Physically active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with mobility and fall recovery
- Must be criminally cleared
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of eighth grade proficiency in reading, writing, and English communication
- Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for working with residents
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Experience in hospitality or senior living service roles preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present in the dining room and engage with residents
- Prepare tables for service and assist with meal preparation
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after-fall support
- Roll silverware and prep salads for meals
- Foster an environment where residents can connect and enjoy dining experiences
