Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at eighth grade level
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Physically active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
  • Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to assist residents with mobility and fall recovery
  • Must be criminally cleared

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of eighth grade proficiency in reading, writing, and English communication
  • Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for working with residents
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
  • Experience in hospitality or senior living service roles preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and make them feel welcome
  • Be present in the dining room and engage with residents
  • Prepare tables for service and assist with meal preparation
  • Buss tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
  • Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after-fall support
  • Roll silverware and prep salads for meals
  • Foster an environment where residents can connect and enjoy dining experiences
