Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Possess basic English language proficiency
- Maintain a positive and energetic outlook
- Physically able to perform job duties including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
- Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds frequently
- Able to assist residents with mobility and after a fall
- Pass a criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth-grade level
- Positive and energetic attitude towards residents
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
- Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Capability to assist residents with mobility and after falls
- Successful criminal background clearance
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present in the dining room and engage with residents
- Prepare tables for service including salads and rolling silverware
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall support
- Sweep floors and ensure the dining area remains tidy
- Foster a welcoming and entertaining environment where residents can connect
