Job Requirements

minimum age of 16 years
proficiency in English at an 8th grade level
positive and energetic attitude towards residents
physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
capability to assist residents with mobility needs
passing criminal background check

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

greet residents and make them feel welcome
be present in the dining room and mingle with residents
prepare tables and dining areas for service
roll silverware and prepare salads for meals
bus tables and sweep floors
assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after falls
foster a positive and engaging dining environment
