Job Requirements

Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniform
Ability to lift and carry hot plates weighing up to fifteen pounds
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Capability to follow detailed service procedures
Ability to engage with guests warmly and professionally
Compliance with state alcohol service laws
Capacity to work collaboratively with other front-of-house team members

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a restaurant server role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle hot plates up to fifteen pounds
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Customer service orientation
Quick learner with the ability to educate guests about stone cooking

Job Duties

Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniform
Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner while also acknowledging all guests that come within five feet
Follows the steps of service as defined in the training materials
Provides highest level of service by adhering to all Black Rock Bar and Grill service standards
Fulfills all job responsibilities in order to contribute to a great shift operation
Serves alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and state alcohol service requirements
Work directly with other FOH team members to ensure all of the guests needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
