Job Requirements
- Meets state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- minimum 6 months closely related serving experience
- experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
- ability to interact with public and coworkers in friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform job functions
- able to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and policy documents
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Takes food and beverage orders
- places orders
- delivers orders
- checks back after delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
- observes guests to respond to additional needs
- maintains table appearance by pre-bussing
- checks drink levels
- removes clutter
- provides adequate napkins
- presents check for payment
- provides change as needed
- follows HMSHost customer service, adult beverage and cash handling policies and procedures
- keeps station clean
- sets up and takes down station tables appropriately
