Job Requirements

High school degree
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
Strong customer service skills
Basic math and cash handling skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Friendly and outgoing personality
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Point of Sale systems is a plus
Passion for delivering excellent customer service

Job Duties

Efficiently managing assigned table section including pace and experience of each guest following hospitality standards
Making memorable first and last impressions
Proper use of all Point of Sale equipment
Using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations
Anticipating needs, processing guest orders, and taking payment in a hospitable, timely manner
