Job Requirements

  • High school degree
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale systems is a plus
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Efficiently managing assigned table section including pace and experience of each guest following hospitality standards
  • Making memorable first and last impressions
  • Proper use of all Point of Sale equipment
  • Using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations
  • Anticipating needs, processing guest orders, and taking payment in a hospitable, timely manner
