Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Good physical stamina to stand and walk frequently
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legal authorization to serve alcohol
- Availability for flexible work hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of restaurant experience
- Passionate about hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated and professional
- Integrity in personal and professional dealings
- Preferred food and beverage knowledge
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum age of 18 with alcohol serving capability
Job Duties
- Provide superior service by putting guests' experience first
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate thorough menu knowledge
- Prepare tables, serve food, and refill drinks
- Relay orders accurately to kitchen and ensure timely delivery
- Manage multiple tables with keen organizational skills
- Perform opening, closing, and side work as assigned
- Assist team members and promote a collaborative environment
